I was going through comments on a picture of the Michael Brown/Ferguson Riots and I cam across this.
What are your thoughts?

Ok so after doing some research I found the "comment" on snopes saying it's "probably false"
I'm not exactly sure how they could say it's false unless they're saying a white guy wrote it? I dunno, but it's still worth a read in my opinion.

I dunno about that BUT I know I'm so tired of people looting and carrying on because someone got killed by a police officer---stealing, burning buildings down, hurting people does nothing. AND don't even get me started on Al Sharpton, Jessie Jackson and the other "community organizers" that make their $$$ off of doing nothing but cause division...their little sheepy followers just eat it up and go to the streets....................looting, stealing, causing mayhem and acting the hoodlums that they are.

First, I have never seen a cop drag a person into their car's driver door to arrest them. So, let us be clear, Michael Brown was a nigger; a sorry assed, criminal, hoodlum, nigger. Nobody wants to say that, but I will. He had a criminal record a mile long, was known for numerous assaults, robberies, including the one you saw with your own eyes, and still refuse to call it a robbery. He was, like so many others, living a life that he thought he was "entitled" to, just for being alive. Gangsta rap, weed, drinking, guns, and those stupid-assed low profile rims, makes him some kind of bad-ass nigger."



i have varying opinions on this whole subject...some people say the cop came across arrogant in his interview, but that was not the impression I got...noone knows what they would do in a situation until they are face to face with that situation..michael brown was not running away, he was not on the ground with his hands up...he was in a compact car face to face with this cop and he was punching, pushing and fighting the officer with all 6 feet and 200 pounds of himself...how far would you go to save your own life?? also, my understanding is that Brown was not a sweet innocent, honor roll, never been in trouble kid...NOT THAT THAT"S ANY JUSTIFICATION FOR WHAT THE COP DID...the cop was shorter, smaller and weaker than this kid...again..what would you do to save your own life??

You can't really use size as justification to shoot someone though. I'm only 5'3 and that doesn't make it okay for me to kill another person. Police officers are trained on how to handle situations and they are well aware that there will be times when they will have an altercation with someone of a larger stature when trying to keep peace or make an arrest. They are trained in fighting, a cop can kick someones ass, and they have other tools to help them. Along with having their gun they also carry a night stick or whatever it's called, a tazer and many have pepper spray. They have multiple means available to them to subdue an individual other than using deadly force.

The problem in America isn't necessarily a war on racism as the media is portraying (white and hispanic people are victims as well when it comes to this) it is police brutality in general.

Not to change the subject but i read an article that said that snopes shouldn't be the go to site. It's a husband and wife that run it and it's not always fact checked. Sometimes things are set to sway you towards their opinion.

Yeah, this article isn't legitimate anyway. People think that a white person wrote it pretending to be black just to get their opinion across.
