Do you think it is okay for children to go trick or treating alone? At what age is an acceptable age for them to go alone?

If they were 17 and 18. I knew they were in a big group and I trusted the friends. I trusted the area. My child showed responsibility and maturity. Then yes I may let them go on their own. However they would have to check in every hour, ect. Anything younger then that no I probably would not allow it.

I would say 15 is acceptable as long as they are in a group of friends.

I would say 7th grade, but they have to be in a group of people, they would have to be mature enough to handle the responsibility, they must call and check in with me, and be home at the appointed curfew.
