The dismember part refers to literally removing the baby piece by piece during the abortion process. If the woman is past 10-12 weeks the baby is typically to large to pass as a whole. Trust me it is a hard, emotionally wrecking, heartbreaking process for most who have it done. Unfortunately I'm speaking from experience, only a few people in my life know about it. I was forced into it. If I had not been then I would have a son who is 3. I was due on my youngest child's 2nd birthday.

I personally am against abortion. But I'd never put anyone down for it either. I agree it's not health care.

I don't believe in abortions except under certain circumstances but I couldn't imagine doing it after a certain time in the pregnancy. It must be very difficult.
