Seriously, everyone everywhere is going to be offended by something. Do we need to ban everything that hurts people's feelings? If that's the case we won't have anything left.

I agree that it should not be displayed or flown in any government office considering that it is not our National flag nor one belonging to any of our states. But I think it's dumb to prohibit it being sold for personal use. If you go down south they are displayed everywhere, yeah, I think it's tacky and outdated but it's a cultural thing and Southern people are proud of it. I don't think that it is always tied directly to racism, but unfortunately many people associate it with such and many people use it for that exact purpose.

I'm just sick of all the political correctness crap period!!!! It's a Southern flag made into a bad symbol by some pretty horrible people but it's original purpose has nothing to do with any of the symbolism people have attached to it.
